What is it with Magicians and Hypnotists???

In my last post, I mentioned reading an article about a magician / hypnotist that was very popular in Florida. Today, I came across yet another article about Ron "Rondini" Lindberg, a magician and hypnotist.

But you know, I suppose the two "professions" are closely linked. After all, some of today's famous street magicians (David Blaine, Chris whats-his-name) use hypnotism in their acts.
