A classic book on Hypnotism by Ralph Slater

If you're fascinated by Hypnotism, I discovered a classic book on the topic. Ralph Slater was a popular stage hypnotist in the 1940s and 1950s. In fact, Slater appeared a record 7 times in one year at Carnegie Hall in New York. Anyway, Slater wrote a book titled "Hypnotism and Self Hypnosis" in which he covers everything from the history of hypnotism to 10 'cardinal points' that any hypnotist should follow.
